Hello everyone I am curious about something. I have one patient for sure, and possibly another, (I'll find out what the situation is with the other on Friday), that were told to go to a specific chiropractor for their WC claim. These are patients at my clinic, and instead of returning here for care they were told they had to go to a different DC in my town because it's the DC the employer uses for their own care. I had the one I know of above come in today explaining that he was under care for a workman's comp case with the other DC and was told by his employer that he needed to go to that DC for care, but he came back to me for a different problem today. Is this legal? Inice Gough, DC Sisters, OR

Probably if the other colleague is on panel and you are not Dr. Gough...and since there are three guys on panel for the entire central Oregon area...your probably not on panel. We are attempting to fix this BS problem next legislative session....
