week 11 starting

Well i am starting week 11 tomorrw. I have free day today. I have just

started with a bialy with butter and a cup of coffee i just had to have it.

Any way it took away my urge i was going to go all out on free day but i am

changing my mind after i took my measurements i am seeing progress slowly. I

did lose body fat i was about 26 or 27% when i started and now i am about 18%

.. Well something is better than nothing and i am seeing differences in muscle

development. I weighed myself today after so long of bad habits that i broke

with the scale i did not lose anything but that is not my focus. I have lost

more inches in other areas like the waist is 28.5 that is pretty small for me

and my hips i only lost about 3 inches. It is funny how i wiegh the same but

yet look so much thinner because every one tells me stop lossing weight and i

tell them i am not i am friming everything up so that is why i look much

trimmer. I think the first challenge is more of getting used to of changing

your lifestlye and the second challenge since you already study what to do

then it will go much smoother for me i think so. There were alot of things

that confused me with this challenge like they cook with olive oil and then

they say not do not cook with olive oil ok well i got the hang of it though

and i am not giving up i will start my next challenge a week after i finish

this one because i am going away to a wedding after this challenge and there

is no gym but i will continue the same eating habits because i feel great and

much better about myself and loads of energy. Thanks for all the support you

guys have been such a great deal of help to me.

It sounds to me like you've done great and should be proud of yourself. Of

course, this is a bit of a pat on my own back as we pretty much sound like the

same size and have lost the same! lol My dh also keeps telling me that I look

like I've lost so much more than any of my measurements (whether that be bf,

scale, or tape measure) show. He also was really impressed last night as I was

changing, he said he could really notice a difference in my abs and they're

really showing up. That was very nice to hear as measurement changes haven't

been there for a while and I have no more smaller clothes to try to get into!

I'll be heading into week 12 next week and totally agree with you that this

challenge has really been about working a lot of the " quirks " out and finding

what works for you. I'm glad I didn't know that in the beginning though, I

might not have bothered! :)
