I am INJURED!!!

Okay, my worst nightmare has happened. I went out for my run this

morning - no problems - hit the 10 and all... came home, woke my

girls, went downstairs and stepped on an upside down tupperware

container (small) and my right foot slid out from under me

(frontwards). I did not fall all the way to the floor, but prolly

would have been better if I had because as I recovered my balance I

tore something in my right ankle. This was at 7:00am this morning

and now it's almost 2:30 and I am getting additional pains in my

right quad. Went to the doc who said it is a sprain... OMG!!! Okay

I know many of you have been injured and have posted (i.e. Rita) but

I never truly sympathized until now, I have been SO careful for 27

1/2 weeks as I run outdoors, etc. and to slip on a friggin

tupperware???!!! Anyway, this affects Thurs (cardio), Fri (LBW),

and Sat (cardio) this week. Hope for speedy recovery please!

(on a positive note, the FIRST thing I thought when it happened

was " OMG how am I going to work out? " when prior to BFL I would

have been happy to have an excuse not to work out)
