Hi,

My 25 y/o female, athlete has a hx. Of 2 seizures; one in 2001 and one in

2005 while studying in Japan.

She has been on Depakote starting at 150 mg. with a plan to work her way up

to 400 mg. per day. Needless to say the Depakote makes her sick.

Her neurologist has not investigated anything tangential to my knowledge.

She has 4-6 auras per week. These can range from knowing where she is but

being unable to identify things (can't find her room in her home). She also

has body rushes, and various other mild but troubling symptoms.

Depakote can destroy your liver and pancreas.

I am going to adjust her c-spine regularly for a month. (My reasoning is

that I have helped several people wipe out migraines with upper cervical

adjusting so perhaps I can affect her brain neurology with adjustments.

Worth a try. Would I be violating the Clinical Justification rule?)

I am addressing her blood sugar level to keep it consistent.

I am going to try to figure out if Dapakote depletes minerals/vitamins.

Any suggestions would be welcome.
