Guest guest
......It's a sad day for all of us, when more attention has to be given to the methodology of various 'scientific trials' than to the outcomes thereof.... Validation of the method of treatment taking yet another back seat to validation of the process by which those results are ostensibly promulgated.... Although it raises question of just who ARE all these experts with nothing to do but criticize completed studies....why aren't they producing WELL DESIGNED studies in the FIRST place? Or is there the same type of disagreement between these various experts, on what makes a proper trial, depending on what they think the outcome should be in the first place? Did the designers intentionally avoid heterogeneity to mask or distort or limit credibility should the results be other than what they predicted? Or what? Thanks Dr. Simpson, for helping me understand there STILL is little to validate anything relating to these issues..... J.
