Guest guest Posted September 4, 2001 Report Share Posted September 4, 2001 ) Name - PJ/amonij 2) Location - Middle Georgia 3) Personal Info - I have been PPS <post polio syndrome> for 20 years...I also have arthritis and Spinal Stenosis among some other problems associated with my PPS. I am the Founder of the #1 Polio Club on ! Its been a blessing to be able to meet so many others with the same disAbility. I am divorced from a 21 yr. marriage <second one - first was 4yrs> because he could not deal with all the changes and situations that I was going through with the advanced PPS. Since then, I have taken on the quote.."I can do bad by myself!!" I have 2 children, son-30 and daughter 21. Both are married, <daughter Sept.1st> and live 2 1/2 hours away, so I don't get to see them as often as I would like since I haven't been driving to much. I am originally from Miami and contacted Polio there at the age of 11 months. 4) Interests - I was a crafter,and had my own business when I lived in Wisconsin 14 years ago. Since having 5 CTSurgerys I can not longer have a 'business' but still give info on how to do a project.
