24 and 90 would be great as long as we as chiropractors are not lumped

into all physical medicine modalities. I have ran into a couple of

times where an MD has referred a patient to me where the insurer

stated that I had to get prior authorization to treat as there was

already physical medicine modalities, such as physical therapy having

been performed.

Am I missing something? Or are we as chiropractors really lumped into

the same treatment, and lose our rightful place in this system, if

there is physical therapy already performed?

If anyone knows, please inform the rest of us. Also, Vern and ,

if this is true, it needs to be corrected.
