EMR (Electronic Med Records) Question

Anybody have good or bad experiences with particular EMR software

systems. I am tired of saying mostly the same things into my

dictaphone, over and over. and its expensive to transcribe.

We have used SoapWare from Docs.com. Looks and handles like a true

chart. Highly adaptible, voice, template or shortcut inputs. Will not

deliver machine prose. Good value and can expand to fit any size practice.
