But this was years ago and she wouldn't stop taking them, so my son got a daily dose of prednisone, which might be an explaination for some of his situation. I didn't think that farm raised salmon had high levels of heavy metals of PCB's, but maybe they do. Those of us conjecturing that day figured it was probably just water in the farm ponds that never got cleaned. Runoff may very well play a big part in that too.
