Additional ODOC Legislation

Dear Oregon Doctors:

ODOC is also working on another House Bill concerning the any Willing

Provider concept. We did introduce this bill during the last session but it did

not

get a hearing. ODOC did spent a great deal of time on CAO legislative

actives, that we did not receive credit for, but during the 2007 legislative

session

we are going to spend our time and money on our Bills. ODOC's legislative

actives will also include working on clean drinking water, generic alternating

foods and other public health issues that will benefit everyone in this state.

CAO is welcome to join us but they will have to pay half of our lobbying

expenses or hire two professionals like we did.
