Guest guest
Mine is still not ready to unmold, either.. but is getting there! LOL...at least the silicone is not still " peaking " when I touch it. I'm going to give it time, too, to cure... It will come out, eventually, to the mold we envisioned. (I hope! <grin>) THANK YOU BOB for leading the demo and letting us try to make our own silicone molds! I learned so much more than I knew before about the process. And, I think I will try more... so let me know when you are ready to sell this stuff! Please, participants, post when yours is ready to unmold.... and the results! Guest guest
Deb: LOL!! I was thinking of you as I was typing that message this morning. I have a feeling it'll be about a week with that volume, if it ever does fully cure. Oh well, I guess I should have gone heavier on the catalyst, especially seeing I was using the slow one. I should have turned around and got my scale, but at a gathering of 30 soapers I thought I'd be safe. Live and learn! If it doesn't fully harden we'll figure something out. ) Bob > Bob-mine(glass kitty one) is still extreamly soft. Just letting it > sit. > DEb s.
