Guest guest
FAQ pages are usually based from typical questions and general answers so someone with that type of question can find an answer rather than have to email and wait for a response. Sorry if that seems vague. Perhaps you could just try to remember some of the typical questions you have been asked and include those on your site. HTH. Guest guest
I've been researching lots of sites (non-soap included) to see what people include in theirs. I was just interested if anyone here had anything they thought should be included. Thanks! Guest guest
FAQ pages are a great way to educate your customers about soaps, soaping and your products. I include info about the soapmaking process, differences between commercial soap and handcrafted soap, benefits of some of the various oils or additives, etc. Be sure to use this as a place to put a spotlight on the positives. Guest guest
Thanks Lizz. I haven't even looked at your site recently. I know you said you'd be re-doing things.
