Guest guest
I'm the exact opposite. I get hungry about every 2 hours. Before BFL I would just snack. And not always the best choices either. But now that I have to eat, I already pack everything I need in my lunch box and have it ready. It works perfectly for me. I eat at 8:00, 10:00, 12:00, 2:00, 4:00, and 7:00. I'm usually in bed by 9:00 or 9:30 so its been pretty easy to maintain and I'm never hungry. Even when I count up my calories it is usually around 1200-1500 a day. And my BMR is 1550 so I am pretty much on target. The only time I am hungry is before my first meal. I have a 30 min drive to the gym plus I have to feed and put up the dogs so that takes a lot of time. I usually get up around 5:00 but don't eat until 8:00. But thats okay. Its not bad since part of that time I am working out and am not thinking about it anyways. I have my first week results!!! Down 4 lbs! I think thats pretty freaking awesome! Question - do any of you guys have that one certain weight that once you reach it guys start hitting on you? And once you are above it they stop? I know it sounds crazy but once I hit 178 - which is in no way, shape or form my ideal weight (more like 148) guys start hitting on me. I was even followed on friday (very scary!) Like the past 3 workouts I have been hit on. And just driving down the road and stuff. Its pretty annoying. I thought it might be a confidence thing but I haven't noticed a change in my confidence. Its almost like my body looks off if it is carrying any more weight that 178. You would think 178 would still be too heavy for most guys but I don't know. And it seemed when I was 148 guys thought I was unapproachable. I always had to make the first move. It doesn't really matter anymore since I am happily engaged but I was just curious. Any thoughts? > > > Others are going to say avoid these things like the plague but look > > what other things BFLers have to " give up. " The list is endless.
