Hello,

Here is a copy of the pledge form for the Birdies for Charities Campaign

from the FBR Open (Phoenix Open) The Thunderbirds are hosting a

competition for all the charities involved. The charity that sends in the

most pledges by next Wednesday, gets a booth at the Open!! (A chance to

raise a lot more donations, and for Linsey to show off her charm!) So if

you are interested in donating to a very worthy cause. and a GREAT center

for kids. with and without disabilities.. Please fax back the attached form

to. 623-869-7948 by Wed January 5th.

If not, please just delete this message. (no bad luck attached if you do

not forward this on to 200 of your closest friends and family!)

I have copies of the poster from the open ( with Linsey's picture!!) and

the Brochure from UCP (also with Linsey) that goes over the benefits your

donations will make. The files are a little large, so I will send them only

upon request.

Remember: this is a tax deduction!!! And there are a LOT of great prizes

being given away. AND: each penny ($ 0.01) donated = approx $15.00 total

donation. So please be aware if you enter $5.00 into the squares your

donation will = approx $7500.
