Guest guest
Congratulations! You're coming along nicely and your legs have completely changed shape. I can already visualize how the end result is going to look. Keep up the great work. Stasia

Guest guest
Wow Zona - you are looking GREAT! Way to go! Skwigg, keep your eye out in the next 12 weeks - I think we have a poster girl here! Park End challenge 2 and 2 more to go I thought I'd share my journey so far. I have not taken a break between 1 and 2 and am going to take a week off this time before I start 3. 2 was so much more tougher and I do think I did not give it my all on the nutrition side. Also had a few injuries in challenge 2. The '' machine buggered up my back somehow, so staying away from it for the next 8 weeks until I can strengthen the muscles in my back. One major thing I have noticed is that my handbag does not slide off my shoulders as much . I have lost 12 pounds (scale weight) in this challenge and my goal is to lose another 24'ish pounds. Guest guest
Thanks for all the positive replies as it is really motivating! I was supposed to take this week off and start my next 6 months but I think my body is getting withdrawl(sp)symptoms. It is so hard not to go to gym so I will not force the issue and get back at it tomorrow. BFL is an addiction, which in my case is a good thing. I do not think about going to gym as a task but a natural thing to do. Enough of that as we all know how good it is and do not need reminding. zona > > WOW Zona! Great pics and what a difference!
