Congratulations! You're coming along nicely and your legs have

completely changed shape. I can already visualize how the end result

is going to look. Keep up the great work.

End challenge 2 and 2 more to go

I thought I'd share my journey so far. I have not taken a break

between 1 and 2 and am going to take a week off this time before I

start 3. 2 was so much more tougher and I do think I did not give it

my all on the nutrition side. Also had a few injuries in challenge

2. The '' machine buggered up my back somehow, so staying away

from it for the next 8 weeks until I can strengthen the muscles in my

back. One major thing I have noticed is that my handbag does not

slide off my shoulders as much :). I have lost 12 pounds (scale

weight) in this challenge and my goal is to lose another 24'ish

pounds. Here are the pics:

Thanks for all the positive replies as it is really motivating!

I was supposed to take this week off and start my next 6 months but I

think my body is getting withdrawl(sp)symptoms. It is so hard not to

go to gym so I will not force the issue and get back at it tomorrow.

BFL is an addiction, which in my case is a good thing. I do not

think about going to gym as a task but a natural thing to do. Enough

of that as we all know how good it is and do not need reminding.
