Guest guest
Perfect, perfect, perfect!!! I think it all sounds great. I am having one myo lite a day now, since I'm doing an 'official' challenge. I don't know if it's helping or hindering, but we'll see in 12 short weeks! Good job! Astra > Happy Friday everyone. BAck a while ago I posted my meals for all of you to critique and got some great feedback, well just within the last few weeks I have completely cut out supplements (Myoplex shakes and bars) and would like you guys to again critique my new menu. IT is as follows: Meal 1: 5 egg whites w/a pinch of FF cheese and an apple Meal 2: 2/3 C of cottage cheese and apple or 2/3C of Kashi cereal Meal 3: 3 oz of tuna (the pouches we all talked about back the other day), an apple and broccoli (usually about 2 cups sometimes more or less) Meal 4: 2/3 C cottage cheese & a apple Meal 5: chicken (try for 3 oz, sometimes I eat more) or boca burger (upped qty to 2 due to advice given by you guys), broccoli (LOTS of it, I bet there is about 3 cups, I LOVE that stuff) and an apple (warmed in the mic with cinn and equal) Meal 6: 2/3 C of cottage cheese and apple I miss the Myo shakes a little bit but they were getting TOO expensive and believe it or not I feel like I am making better progress without them. Guest guest
You guys are all so great, I get so much encouragement in this group, I love you all. I am SO glad that I made it through this 12 weeks, I NEVER thought I could do this well. NOT in any way am I tooting my own horn (ok, maybe a little I am) but I actually made it the ENTIRE 12 weeks with no food cheats at all, that is a big deal for me. Now I cannot promise myself that I will never in my life have a cheat on a non free day, I am going to strive not to though. I have really enjoyed this program and I cannot say enough good things about it, I would reccomend it to everyone on a path to a better and healthier life. The road isn't easy but it sure can be fun. I am slowly making progress (probably due to the fact that I let myself enjoy my free days, I have gotten better though) but I am very happy with that, I know eventually I will get there. Thanks for all of your support and help guys, you are great. > You're doing great!!! I still have to have my bar at night. :-( I'm gonna try cutting that out. Guest guest
I did enjoy my free days though, that was what kept me on track the rest of the week. I am proud to say that I didn't cheat at all, this next challenge I plan on trying to tame my free days down so that my results are greater, if I can't oh well. I want to do this forever and if that means enjoying my days off so be it, I am still seeing results just slowly. Thanks for the " you rock " comment, I needed that today, > Wow!
