Guest guest Posted April 11, 2006 Report Share Posted April 11, 2006 Has anyone else been approached by a WC ins carrier (not SAIF) to "negotiate a bill" Their offered amount was less than what would normally be paid after deductions by the WC Fee Schedule. They said they would pay this amount within 10 business days. I have done quite a bit of WC and this is the first time this has occurred. I am taken back at what to do. Any insight?
