Guest guest
Okay missy - you take it easy, too. Update-Park Hi Park, I'm glad to hear your ankle is doing better. Mine is, too. I was able to jog today, although it was sore afterwards. Still, it's not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Huge relief. Congrats on the further inches and pounds lost. That is way awesome!!! Guest guest
Yea Park! I am so glad your ankle is all better, and I am TOTALLY impressed with your weight loss. I didn't realize you had lost so much! That sure shows a lot of " stick-to-it-iveness " . Not an easy trait to come by! Betsey
Guest guest
Thanks Dani :0)! OMG I didn't think you'd be jogging less than a week after your fracture! You are one tough mama! You go girl! I ran this morning and my little sprain still hurts. I hope I'm not being stupid to continue running, but I have no other cardio option as I don't belong to a gym or anything... Guest guest
Thank you Betsey - I am a stick to it gal... sometimes I worry about keeping the motivation up as I narrow in on my goals (but I am not there yet). I love reading your posts, and Lynda's, Stasia's, Joann's, Dawnn's, all the old timers who keep me motivated to carry on! Park Re: Update-Park Yea Park! Guest guest
Park - what do you think will happen if you give yourself a break from cardio for a few days and let your ankle heal? Nothing. Take it easy ... you're doing so well - I don't want anything to happen where you find yourself injured badly. You can still do your workouts ... Guest guest
Park, congrats on your bfl progress! I kind of got lost in the posts and never found the original but you certainly sound like you are able to break through the obstacles and still have success. You're doing great and are very inspiring. Stasia
