Okay missy - you take it easy, too. :)

Update-Park

Hi Park,

I'm glad to hear your ankle is doing better. Mine is, too. I was

able to jog today, although it was sore afterwards. Still, it's not

nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Huge relief. Congrats on

the further inches and pounds lost. That is way awesome!!!

Yea Park! I am so glad your ankle is all better, and I am TOTALLY

impressed with your weight loss. I didn't realize you had lost so

much! That sure shows a lot of " stick-to-it-iveness " . Not an easy

trait to come by!

Thanks Dani :0)! OMG I didn't think you'd be jogging less than a week after

your fracture! You are one tough mama! You go girl! I ran this morning and my

little sprain still hurts. I hope I'm not being stupid to continue running, but

I have no other cardio option as I don't belong to a gym or anything...

Thank you Betsey - I am a stick to it gal... sometimes I worry about keeping the

motivation up as I narrow in on my goals (but I am not there yet). I love

reading your posts, and Lynda's, Stasia's, Joann's, Dawnn's, all the old timers

who keep me motivated to carry on!

Park - what do you think will happen if you give yourself a break from cardio

for a few days and let your ankle heal? Nothing. Take it easy ... you're doing

so well - I don't want anything to happen where you find yourself injured badly.

You can still do your workouts ...
