Kristy wanted me you give you some names of doctors for Endo here in the U.S. to look up. She said to look up: Albee and Lyons in Atlanta, Cook and Metzger in San (I think that's right), Dr. Redwine in Bend, Oregon, Dr. Harry Reich in NY (not sure just what city in NY), Dr. Olive, Dr. Dan in TN.
