I know the grief I suffer is trivialized by the current disasters in Asia

but it still exists ........ lost one too many in 2004. Praying 2005 will be

uneventful here in my home lol

Thursday evening I took my hubby to the ER. He went to his Drs. appt that

morning and was told he has a spot on his lung. His MD is sending him to a

Pulmonary Spec on the 7th for further tests. He also said Mike looked like he

was

in Congestive Heart Failure. Through the day Mikes breathing got more

labored and he was having chest pains. By 5pm he had me take him to the ER. Tons

of

test were run and his heart is fine. They released Mike around 11pm with

orders to see this pulmonary spec on the 7th.

Mike is strong (body builder) and his only vice is eating to much

............ I think, he thinks lol that his muscles compensates for any fat he

is

carrying lol he really is healthy and not a worrier ................ he lays

everything at Gods feet and shames me for worrying lol (my vice) So this

dizziness, shortness of breath, nose bleeds (7 a week) pounding in the chest,

extremely high blood pressure is so strange and new for him. I mean this all

started

a month ago :/ and has everyone baffled. The last thing the ER Dr said was

this looks like Pulmonary Fibrosis and the Specialist will run all tests

needed.

Im asking from everyone for a little prayer that this is NOT Pulmonary

Fibrosis or any other lung disease. My world as I know it will be devastated

......... Im really counting on God to pull me through this, he is the only one

who

really knows the pain Ive gone through with losing my Mom this year and

surely he will not inflect anymore on me this soon. Im counting on 2005 to be

filled with good things

A piece of good news is my sister who Ive been struggling with called me

Friday morning, my baby-sister called her while we were at the ER. She showed

genuine concern and I could hear panic in her voice as she found out that I was

in the same ER I took my Mom too using the same Drs. (all recognized me from

Moms visit there and when Sara had her bout of seizures last Dec. they all

passed on condolences) Another good thing is Mike was soooooo elated that so

many came running to the ER, his parents, all of our kids (even the adult

children) , my brother and his girlfriend. They all stayed until he was

released.

I told him this is a sign of a great parent and son and we all love him

dearly.

We did go out for dinner last night at the casino with my adult children, my

brother and his girlfriend (the whole party won money too lol). I had

lobster tail, crablegs and coffee and hubby was the designated driver. All are

still asleep and Mike is on his way to get Sara from Honeygram's house. I think

this was one of the best New Years Eves Ive ever had and today and I

(when she gets up lol) will go to the mall and hit the sales racks lol Hubby

and the guys will watch football.
