Hi Ling... I have been lazy long enough... I am so stiff and sore and swollen... Have got to keep moving or I will get so stiff it will be almost impossible to move around... Can't have that... I just wish the charley horses would stay away... They are a daily battle now... I get them in my feet, legs and now my hips... That H U R T S !!! How are you doing ???
