I have NO idea ... but I hope its soon. I'm not going to be able to afford a

trainer this go around so I'm on my own and am a bit nervous about it. She

filled out the forms for me each time I worked out, but to be honest I can't

make sense of it! lol So I'll wing it. Any suggestions?
