Weight Lifting and Nausea

Hi

I workout on an empty stomach and usually this does not bother me.

Lately, however, I have noticed that I get nausea while lifting

weights. It is almost like a motion sickness nausea. Does anybody

know what causes this? Would it really effect my fat loss if I eat

something before my workout? Also, if I do eat how soon after can I

work out and what should I eat.
