Docs,

This is the last you are going to hear from me for a while, as I am stepping

back from the moderator role for OregonDCs and turning off my e-mail from the

listserve. The last two tasks that I have performed as your moderator are to

reinstate Dave McTeague's listserve membership and make Dr. the

moderator of the OregonDCs listserve.

It has been my privilege and honor to serve you as your moderator for the past 6

1/2 years.

I feel that we all have become closer as a professional community because of our

ability to consult with each other daily, and I feel fortunate to have made many

friends among you all.

As some of you may know, my day to day work now is primarily that of a forensic

scientist. It has been a fascinating, exciting, and rather odd journey, and it

has made me many friends as well as gained me a few ardent detractors along the

way. I think that a DC who is practicing as a chiropractor, knowledgeable,

evenhanded, intelligent, and passionate is a great choice for your next

moderator. is all of these things, and I think he will do a fine

job for you.

Feel free to write me or otherwise contact me if I can ever help any of you (my

contact info is below my signature).

Best wishes,

D Freeman PhD DC MPH

Dr. Freeman,

I hope that you don't abandon the listserve completely. I personally have

learned much from you and your postings and would be saddened to see you

part due to the ill advised actions of another. You offer a point of view at

our fingertips that is priceless and hard to come by in any other fashion. I

plead for you to stay or to at least come back soon.

I'd like to thank you kindly for helping start this listserve (if you had

help) and for your service in the moderation of it over the years. I

personally have benefited immensely from it and will miss your educated,

levelhanded point of view.

Many thanks,

Dr. ph Medlin D.C.

The world needs more teachers like you!! Thanks for caring so much about

the kids you teach that you would spend your free time online to educate

yourself so you understand them better.

you and what school you teach in when she heard me read this - she'll

be 7 tomorrow - but she knows a good teacher when she hears of one -

she had a great K experience and a let-down 1st grade one - take care
