Guest guest
Terri, Shaye & others Speaking of babies, do those of you that do M & P think it's OK to wash babies with this soap? My granddaughter is 6 months old now and I bet my daughter would love to have some baby-type decorative soaps in her bathroom. Re: Pricing venting Shaye, I'm way behind in mail, but I don't think your price on those is way out of line. You hand painted details on them! They are roughly a buck a piece. Not bad for fussy handmade soaps. If you hadn't painted them I would say maybe it was a bit high, but personally because I couldn't stand painting and painting the same thing over and over... you've under priced them lol Years and years ago I helped my Aunt paint ceramic baby chickies, ducks and eggs for Easter. I think we did close to 100 of each. It drove me nuts! Terri PS and for say a baby shower... what a great addition to a gift! Do you plan on keeping them longer than just spring? I would and run a baby line with them. Oh the possibilities! lol
Guest guest
I think the sfic soap is fine for babies. Expecially the castille one huh? I mean look a the babywashes on the market. But just no heavy fragrances if any at all. Or just maybe a little lavender. Thats just my opinion for what its worth. Guest guest
Shaye Thanks - your opinion does mean a lot. I was thinking of a very light lavender myself. Guest guest
Chamomile also might be good to add to the SFIC soap base, maybe? What do you think? For a friend's baby shower last year, I did a laundry " kit " ... also included a set of three guest-size soaps for her to use on her baby [or to use herself in the shower, LOL!]. They turned out way cute ... I did one unscented, one with a *light* scent of chamomile, and one with a *light* scent of lavender. ~nne -------------------------------------------------------------------- mail2web - Check your email from the web at http://mail2web.com/ .
