Guest guest
Dear Mr. : I would welcome the chance to review sanitized versions of the files and resulting IME reports. If this can be arranged, please let me know. So that you know, I do IME's. I stress like crazy to make sure I consider ALL the facts and factors of a case. I have NEVER been told to reduce, alter or modify treatment plans I review. I am asked my opinion regarding what is reasonable. I use our own industry guidelines (i.e. Croft, legal counsel in PDX, legal firms in California who represented my former patients and tens of thousand of patients overall, ROQ, NDI and mVAS scores and my own experience from years of working with PI patients). When I practiced, I worked my butt off to make sure patients got better, stabilized and were released at an appropriate stage. I was embarrassed if I had a case that went too long. Either I was doing something wrong or not addressing all the issues at hand. If outside help was needed, I found it early on or as soon it was needed. Remember, It Was for the Good of the Patient. I never considered money gains as a reason for care,or frequency or duration of treatment. We knew the rules and worked hard to play be them. Overall, it worked out pretty darn well. I look forward to discussing this matter further with you. Many thanks, , DC WSCC - SHC (503) 730 - 0866, DCWSCC / HCBSNW, LLC(503) 730 - 0866 Autos. Looking for a sweet ride?
