Now if only that was body fat, I'd be all set :)

In My you can set up a diet tracker. Since I only weigh myself

when I'm at the doctor's, I figured it would be fun to plug my weigh ins

into this :) It's great since you can set a goal (Mine is to weigh 180

by May 2005 which is my 10th reunion and I want to weigh less than I did

when I graduated) and then enter your weight and date when you weigh

in. I got weighed today at the doctor's and I'm 23% of the way to my

goal. Woowoo! And, for the first time in about 4 years, I'm under 260

:) :) :) Life couldn't be better!!!!!
