Guest guest
, Let us know how your pumpkins turned out. I just received my flat mold from you yesterday and can't wait to try it! I bought pine tree cookie cutters (1 " deep). One is like the one on your website and the other is sort of a leaning tree. Very cute! The possibilities are endless with this mold. What do you do with the leftover soap? Shape into soap balls? I'm hoping to get time to use mine this Saturday (if all goes well....busy, busy) :-) Katy
Guest guest
They came out really cute! I took pictures and tried to upload them yesterday...but my IPS was out all day! I was having email withdrawal!! Will try to do it now. They are a bit time consuming...but fun. I have always done well selling my tree soaps during the holidays. People love them for guest soaps at Christmas. I also make little " Dreidel " soaps, too. I make them blue. Check out the photo file: Pumpkins (if you want to see them) Just a reminder.....when I took out a bit of soap to color it green, I put it in a squeeze bottle to make the " green blobs " DON'T FORGET TO CLEAN OUT THAT BOTTLE..... I now have a solid green squeeze bottle. <smile> I never know what to do with the extra. You certainly could make soap balls...but I hate doing that! Guest guest
I went and checked out your pumpkins .. They are just great...i really like them... What scent did you use ? The left overs ...you could grad them up and dump them in another soap for some more color... MY two cents ( it would all depend on the scents you have used though ) Kim -- Re: 's flat mold , Let us know how your pumpkins turned out.
