Guest guest
I'm sure it's okay, though I heard a rumor a long time ago that it kills any vitamin B you ingest throughout the day?? Is that true?? I would watch the vanilla flavoring...is it syrup? Guest guest
Hi there, A couple of years ago I was sitting in a weight loss clinic reading a magazine article that stated carbonated water slows down your metabolism. I am not sure how accurate that is, but if I find any information supporting that statement, I will send it to you. > > im not sure if this has been asked/posted....i searched for it in > the > > archive but no results..... > > > > anyways.......is it ok to drink carbonated water instead of regular > > water at times? Guest guest
There are many here that have carbonated, noncalorie drinks, in addition to their water in take. It won't kill you. But, if you are having a ton of it, at the expense of your water, then you are probably not doing yourself any good. The carbonation (correct me if I'm wrong here folks) adds minerals, salts I think, and has been thought to be a contributor to bone density loss. Have you tried taking one week and saying " I'm only going to drink Ice Water for this seven days " ? I think that after a week of water, your soda water will not be as satisfying. At least that has been my experience. Alys
Guest guest
Me thinks it is a different problem - e.g. diet coke contains a lot of caffeine and sodium. it is THAT stuff htat is nto so good for you. Plaid seltzer has nothignin and of itself that is bad - the only problem I see is that the carbonation takes up room in the belly, and makes it harder to drink as much as you need. I think drinking carbonated water would decrease the benefits of drinking plain old water. So.. I wouldn't. But it's your choice Serenity -- http://users.starpower.net/kuranes/BFL/NityBFL.html

(I've never been a big soda drinker.) He used to drink tons of coke a day. Now.. one 12 oz bottle is as much as he can handle on a free day. It's an awesome change Serenity PS. On the topic of DH.. He still has a tummy.. still has those a cup " man breasts " but boy does he have awesome definition in his arms and shoulders!!! Awesome to watch him change and knowing that my body is changing too! -- http://users.starpower.net/kuranes/BFL/NityBFL.html

I spent all yesterday trying to figure out what the heck plaid seltzer was.. is it a certain brand?
