RE: Impairment Rating

Hi Docs,

I have a 50 yo male that sustained a lower cervical luxation 14 months ago requiring surgical stabilization of C5,6,7. He has some residual loss of function in the left forefinger as well as lost cervical ROM. His neurosurgeon has released him from treatment and he is looking to settle his case. I am looking for someone to do an impairment rating and would like to know about out of pocket expenses for him to have it done. Naturally his PIP was eaten up by the surgery and rehab. You may respond off list if you have any helpful information.

Thanks.
