Guest guest
Hi...fyi....from a newsletter that i get... - Just Half An Hour Of Secondhand Smoke Could Be Harmful, Study Suggests CHICAGO (AP) - Just half an hour of secondhand smoke can impair normal blood flow to the heart, a Japanese study suggests. http://www.intelihealth.com/IH/ihtIH/WSIHW000/333/8011/329110.html I knew that second hand smoke was bad....but I never realized that it could affect blood cells that fast...that's why it's so important to not smoke around others who do not wish to smoke, especially children and never indoors or in a car with children. I hate to lecture anyone about smoking but the knowledge that we have about it and it's dangers to others is not new .....in the old days when our parents and all their friends smoked around us...they didn't know any better....these days...the knowledge of adverse health risks is there...please do not risk your childs or grandchildrens future health on a bad habit...if you would like info on how to quit smoking for yourself or a friend email me back to request it...Thanks! Research shows....60 % of children between the ages of 6 and 10 show signs of at least 1 degenerative disease...that's scary! Sheena:) healthyu@... or healthyu2000@...
