Guest guest Posted May 19, 2005 Report Share Posted May 19, 2005 This one is for all the docs, but especially the DACBRs… Who has the rights to an imaging film? I know the patient pays for them. I know the clinic is the legal custodian of the film. Does a patient have the right to walk into a clinic and demand to hand carry their films to another office without the other office requesting the films?
