Guest guest
31 year old patient has pain in the upper outside of her left eye; outside the eyeball. Pain is worse when she looks all the way down or side to side. One week duration. No other problems. I am concerned about some sort of space occupying lesion on the trochlear muscle or the trochlea itself. Good news would be that it is accessible. She is healthy as a pin otherwise. She has an appt. with her GP to be referred to an opthomologist, I assume. If anything strikes you let me know. Obviously the next step is more thorough dx. Thanks, ( E. Abrahamson, D.C.)
