Hi all-

I'm rereading Bill's book. Although I'm starting Week 5 of my first

challenge; I never completed the hard stuff. I felt myself losing

interest last week and decided to get back on board and do this

exactly they way it is outlined.

I'm having a hard time turning my " dreams " to goals. Anyone feel

like sharing theirs? As well as their negative activities that

sabatoge them?
