Guest guest
I forgot to mention this incident 2 days ago. On his behavior report she wrote that Nic left the room and went to the boys room across they hall without permission (there's a BR in the classroom). " After awhile I went to get him " , he was " playing with himself " then " splashed dirty toilet water " . I immediately called her. I asked how he got out of the room and how long is " awhile " . she said he left when he saw his friend in the hall, and 4 minutes was how long he was in there. Hmmmm.... I think she doesn't know how long he was gone. She said she couldn't go in the BR because there were boys in there. I said had that been me I would have shouted in to the boys that I needed to come in right away, was it ok? something like that-no response. Anyway she said she opened the stall door which was unlocked and he was sitting on the toilet " touching himself " I said her note said playing with which sounded to me like masturbation.... " was he masturbating " ? OH NO! not at all. I said well that's how you made it sound, like he snuck out to go...etc. so then she said she told him to get up. I said maybe he wasn't done yet. She said the water as yellow, he was done (maybe he had to poop?) so as she's helping him with his pants he slapped the toilet water. So here's another incident of her in his PRIVATE space. How should I handle all of this??? I'm trying to decide what to do...should I call a meeting with the principal and/or SPED director? Should I write a letter like Jayne did? How about a meeting with the teacher?(I really don't think it would help and besides I want witnesses. Di
