If you had to pick one for weight loss, which would it be? I was

reading up on previous threads and am at a toss between the 3. I am

at the end of BFL C2 now and have had 0 weight loss, but definitely

some muscle gain. I would like to drop some lbs now. Any

recommendations? THANKS!

BetaGen is not a thermogenic ~ it it a blend creatine & glutamine and

is a supplement used for muscle repair/recover...it has nothing to do

with fatloss and everything to do with muscle hydration..

BetaLean (ephedra free) contains green tea extract, caffeine,

chromium and calcium ~ basically green tea is a thermogenic plus

thats where the caffeine comes from, chromium helps metabolize in

some cases insulin sensitivity to carbs (unproven) and so if coffee

makes you jittery this is not for you..

PhenFree also contains caffeine, citrus aurantium, yohimbe,

cordeyceps, l-tyrosine, cayenne pepper and St s Wort ~ all these

ingredients are meant to stimulate the central nervous system while

not invading the blood brain barrier like ephedra based thermogenics

do ~ so if coffee makes you nervous skip it ~ and if you are on birth

control pills, studies show that St s Wort make em less

effective...

Which do you 'need'? NONE! Yes thats right, there is nothing in a

pill bottle form that can do for you what only you can do for

yourself ~ if you are at the end of your second challenge and havent

lost any weight whatsoever, then basically you are eating too much

(calories in = calories out even if they are of higher quality)you

are 'maintaining' and not making a calorie deficit thru mainly

exercise and putting the fork down ~

Save your money, have a cup of coffee or drink natural green tea over

either of these products...

<<joni>>

*the greatest piece of gym equipment is the fork, only we can control

what goes on it* ;-)

If I was in your shoes.. I'd examine my eating and exercise habits and modify

those instead of taking a supplement. :)

But that's just me..
