I just finished making a huge batch I make them in muffin tins now and I

get about 21-24 out of a 6x batch which lasts DH and I about a week or so. I

love this stuff We eat it warmed in the nuker with either a bit of

brummel or some fat free cool whip. Yummers.

It's a butter substitute made with yoghurt. It's comparable to I Can't Believe

It's Not Butter but I think it tastes about a billion times better.

Technically it's called " Brummel and Brown " .. I think. Love the stuff
