DH decided to stay home and take a mental health day since the visit from his family really killed him So we slept in till 8:30 and whatever we end up doing today will revolve around whatever he needs to get his ooomph in life back. Today's meals are: 1 - Egg Sandwich 2 - Egg Casserole thing 3 - Pizza left overs 4 - Tuna and Fruit 5 - Chicken something 6 - protein muffins Yesterday's meals ended up as: > 1 - Egg Sandwich (Real eggs are proving very easy to use.) > 2 - Tuna and Fruit Tuna Sandwich. I was still craving bread and wanted a sandwich. So that's what I had With lettuce and tomato. Yum. > 3 - Protein Bread > 5 - Something with Chicken. I think I might try Chicken and Mushroom > Calzones. After thinking about dinner I ended up making whole wheat pizza dough and making whole wheat individual pizzas The recipe is up on my site. Yummy with shrooms and broccoli! > 6 - Protein Bread or Protein Pancakes. We made the protein bread as muffins It turned out PERFECTLY and two muffins is a serving size Awesome!!
