Visit from insurance companies?

I remember reading something about this on the

site about a year ago. I was talking to a

friend who said he has got an insurance adjuster

coming to his office next week. Why would an

insurance adjuster want to visit your office? What

are their motives, besides just wanting to get out of

the office?
