I found out today that I have ( as of tomorrow) 98 days until DH's high school reunion. Gotta get it in gear! I can do it and you can do it. How many BFL rounds have you done in a row? I remember that after my 3rd one I was mentally burnt on it. I needed to do something else for a little bit. Maybe thats what you need? Have you thought about the Look great in 8 workout that was in the M & FHERS? I just started it today. Did the full body circuit. IT KICKED MY BUTT! Hang in there avocado twin. We will get thru this. (look for my posts a about 1-2 months back " fell off the wagon " ). I have been " easing " myself back into this, slowly but surely. It started with posting to this board. then *trying* to eat right. Then working out more (and better!). Then eating right msot of the time. Then hiring a personal trainer. This morning, I had a major revelation! I FINALLY felt like I am back into it (even though I slept late and did not use my brand new spinenr bike that got delivered last night!) But, it is in my living room. I WILL be on the bike while watching the hockey game tonight. (at least for 1 period of the game.) When I went to pick up my coffee, I was lookign at all the *yummy* treats they had - brownies, cookies, bagels, etc. A week ago, I would look at them and thin " I can;t WAIT for free day! " Today, I looked at them and thought " yuck " , and pictured myself lean and muscular. It is hard to jump righ tback in it, esp when you are not motivated. Try taking it one step at a time, and soon you will be back into it! Jill *** goes into the swimming pool big toe in, big toe out. 1st 2 toes in, jump out. one foot in. back out again. one foot and the other big toe in......... > I don't even have the motivation to post lately. The first thing you did was come in here and tell us about it so maybe we can help. My first suggestion would be to reread the BFL book. That is always a motivator for me! Do you have your fridge and cupboards stocked with authorized foods? If not - go out and do it - NOW. Are you working out? If you are, are you hitting your 10's? If you're not - START NOW.
