Guest guest
Thanks ! That article echos what I taught at the April Convention...Fibromyalgia responds enormously to Category II adjusting and nutritional intervention. For those of you that weren't at the convention, the CAO now has a tape of that talk, providing a good generic treatment plan ... these people CAN be helped with Chiropractic. Guest guest
Besides making the DCs who claim to "cure" FMS 99% of the time look like horse's patoots, the article had to have had the smallest print I have ever seen. Maybe that means that few people will be able to read it. Guest guest
Dr. Freeman: More importantly, they make us all look like horses patoots! My mentor, Dr. Spaulding (1952 WSCC grad, and founder of the National College of Naturopathic Medicine) told me more than 30 years ago about chiropractors that make our profession look bad by publicly claiming such cures with adjustments to C1. This is the first time I have seen such proclamation in print, however. . . Hey, it must be true! Glenn Glenn F. Gumaer, B.S., D.C. Northside Chiropractic Clinic 1240 N. Guest guest
I agree, Glenn. How about the concept that chiropractors don't "cure" anything, but facilitate the body's healing response by lessening structural/mechanical/neurologic stress and load? If one wants to claim that this process appears to be helpful for FMS sufferers then that's great. The next step is to demonstrate how much.
