ROFL @ your Nordicktrack clothing track! I have had so many of those! Probably

NOW that I'm on BFL I'd be able to work out here but I ain't chancing it! lol

I switched the other day from the 20-minute cardio to doing the HIIT! WOW! I

have to keep trying it to see what my actual high should be tho! That is ONE

good workout!

Getting back in da groove........

Hi -

Couldn't get up y'day morning for my knee re-hab. But, I brought my

gym bag w/ me to work. Forced myself to go to the gym afetr work to

do my LBWO (knee rehab stuff). Had a pretty good workout. Got the

OK to do dead-lifts again - so my hammies are really feeling it!

Did UBW this morning w/ my new trainer - he started me off w/ abs

(yuck) just now, I am startign to feel me ab muscles (I knwo they

are SOMEWHERE under the flab!). Rest of me feels worked, but pretty

good.

Tomorrow- I do cardio. I am actually looking to buy my own spin

bike. I am getting frustratred by the ones at the gym - they usually

only have 1 or 2 on the floor - they are either taken or broken, or

don;t have a TV in front! (the rest are only for use in the spin

class).

Besides _ I can really save a lot of time (esp in the morning) if I

have this at home. I just have to make sure that this new *toy* does

not suffer the same fate as my Nordictrack clothing rack.....

Is there a difference between " spin " bikes and normal exercise bikes?

someone here could tho!
