Okay, here it goes. My name is Jackie, and I am married to Don. We live in

Reading, PA. I am a sixth grade English/Social Studies teacher, working in the

Reading School District, which is one of the largest in the state. My hubby

works as an editor for the Reading Eagle newspaper.......the only one in town!

We have three sons.........yes, laugh about it, " My Three Sons " used to be one

of my favorite tv shows.....now you know I'm at least 40 yrs. old! is our

oldest

and he also happens to be the one with DS. He is the love of our life, I know

it's cliche, but he truly is. He is in 10th grade and absolutely loves school.

He loves to socialize and everyone in our community is quite familiar with him.

LOL. Especially girls and women. loves to ride his horse, play soccer,

swim, listen to music on his walkman, and talk to pretty girls. He is a movie

junkie and knows many movies by heart. His speech has improved dramatically

through watching his movies. He uses lines from movies appropriately, including

" oh shit " " when his brother gets on the bus with him, because he would prefer if

wasn't invading his territory.

is my 14 yr. old, who comes with his own package of issues. Sometimes I

believe he is more challenging to raise than ! Teenagers, ugh! Kev is

very active in sports and plays on the school's basketball and baseball teams.

He's letting his hair grow at the time, which is freakin me out. Overall, Kev

is a good kid. He deals with alot as far as goes because they are only a

grade apart. I early started Kev and held back one year.

Bradley is my youngest at 10......11 on January 19. He is my sensitive one. He

is most like his father. He's a " thinker " and a pack-rat. He saves everything.

Thank goodness we moved into a larger house a year and a half ago. He tries to

emulate his older brother , letting his hair grow and being just as good,

if not better at sports. He plays soccer, basketball, and baseball. He's also

my only musician and plays the alto sax.

I feel very lucky to be surrounded by family where we live. Don and I both went

to the schools our children are now attending. We are homebodies, what can I

say. I'm so glad I found this list and would have been even happier had I found

it when was very small. I consider everyone on here my extended family. I

have met so many wonderful people through . Life is good.

Love to you all in the New Year!
