Morning all :)

I can't remember if I said that I was awake half the night Monday night or not..

at any rate, I took a nap yesterday. I felt a lot

better :) I also had a great " something is working right " moment yesterday :)

While getting dressed I was able to hook my bra

tighter than I used to be able to :) Woowoo!! Today started out poorly also.

yet again, I was up half of last night. I told DH in

the car this morning, " Okay.. if you boys want to eat out tonight, that's fine.

I'm going to be a little wiser in my choices

though. I'd like to actually get the chance to digest and use the food I eat! "

But, who knows what will actually end up happening

:P

Today is a cardio day but I think I'm just going to go back to bed without

eating now and do cardio a little later than I normally

would. I don't want to risk waking Friend nor do I want to risk Friend waking

and making me self conscious while I pursue death by

cardio. I'm only just to the point where I'm okay with DH in the same room when

I bike. LOL.

Does anyone know of any useful freeware for the Palm OS for tracking nutrition

and exercise? My Palm has been gathering dust since I

stopped working and I'm curious if there's anything useful out there that

someone here knows of!

My meals yesterday were planned and eaten as:

> 1 - Egg sub Sandwich

> 2 - tuna and apple

> 3 - bfl chili

So I ate the first three meals.

> 4 - cottage cheese and yoghurt

> 5 & 6 - no clue!

Ugh. Pizza instead of my last three meals. It's so hard to find a good

american style pizza in the UK :P~~ Like.. one without corn

as a possible topping. *grin*

Today's meal are planned as:

1 - Egg Sub Sandwich (Egg Substitutes on WW/Whole Grain toast)

2 - Tuna and Apple

3 - BFL Spaghetti

4 - CC and yoghurt

5 & 6 - no clue! I'm pushing for Chinese or Thai though if we order out yet

again.

Awesome news about the bra. Woohoo! That's an uplifting (pardon the pun)

experience. Way to go Serenity!

We all have days like that. Hey..you got that pizze out of your system and

today is a new day! Go hard on that treadmill. I'll be right beside you. I am

finally off to do mine now. It is 8:00a.m. A late start.
