I have a major CRS spell going on right now...it's part of the PMS I think?! Anyway, for your nephew , you should be able to get SSI for him since you are not his parent and he resides with you. I hope the social services agency that removed the children made sure all services are put in place that you need (and they need). I commend you - I work in the adoption/foster care arena. I use to do all the ICPC for my county - but we've grown so much that my agency has contracted someone to do the home studies for me - I still supervise the placements. Feel free to email me anytime.
