Guest guest
Having lived in both in Massachusetts for 19 years and the NYC area for the other part of my life (If I tell you and you guess my age, I'll have to shoot first ) I can attest to the insanity of Boston Drivers. I usually compare drivers by this analogy: In New York, the cab drivers will speed by you at any cost but accurately miss you by fractions of an inch. In Boston, they'll aim for you! However, NJ has them both beat for rottonness!!! , Resident of land of the Neurotic!

Guest guest
Sharlene from Mass. here!!! Sadly, I have to admit that 's right. We are terrible drivers in this state. You just have to remember a couple of things - 1) a yellow light means step on the gas and fly before the light turns red and 2) when merging, keep your eyes straight ahead. If you look to either side, it will be taken for weakness and you've lost! Di, I'm right outside Boston. Feel free to contact me at my email address ssblundell@.... Guest guest
Hi, I live in MAss and I agree. I don't go to Boston it's crazy. I have to drive in Springfield and I can tell you that's bad enough. Yellow does me speed up. Left hand turn lanes are commonly used for right hand turns at red lights (this mostly by police grrrrrrrr). And if you see an inch of space between cars move fast, that is the only inch they are gonna give you. PS Welcome to MAss, buckle your seatbelt and lock the doors. Guest guest
LOL, I know but a couple of years ago we drove to LI to visit my family, took a wrong turn and ended up in Queens or some place. I don't know if you remember since there are so many murders there but we stopped at this gas station that's right smack in the middle of a 4 lane speedway, I mean highway. It was scary trying to get back on going from 0-70 in seconds. Anyway, later that night we heard on the news that a guy picked up a family of 3 who were " stranded " (they said) well, they murdered him and stole his car. They had a kid with them! It was from that same gas station about an hour after we left there. Yes, on that same vacation we drove to Boston, via the Ferry that took us to Conn. The construction was in full swing and I had such a headache when we finally got to the hotel-I wasn't even driving, LOL. I don't do well on the road. hehehe. So in hopes to reduces my stress in 2005 I thought 1 hour of terror in the air would be better than 5 on the road. Guest guest
Did I mention we would fly into Providence and drive to Boston from there? Southwest doesn't fly into Boston (from what I can see) how are RI drivers?
