Guest guest
Hi Vern, One thing I have always been curious about in the chiropractor of the day program was the setting. I mean, is there an appropriate examination done etc. before the adjustment or is it just a palpatory brief examination followed by an adjustment? Guest guest
Doctors were instructed to work the patient up as appropriately as needed. History, presenting symptoms, exam and treat. If they felt further studies were needed prior to treatment then that is what they instructed the patient to do etc. It was an urgent care setting.
