Guest guest
Hubby is right Linet. Put the scale away for a few of weeks and give yourself a chance to see the difference (visually). It is definately easier on the mind. If your worried about what your eating.. check out this link. http://www.geocities.com/jgrrl2/howmuch.html It explains the amount of calories you might want to consume per day depending on your BFL goals. Donna H scale weight? Ok ladies here is the deal i weighed myself this morning and i weight one more pound i know it sounds stupid that i should worry about that but hey you know sometimes some habits are hard to break. Well then during the day i weighed 140 and that is like a differences of 4 pounds. Ok i asked hubby because we are doing the challenge together and he say forget about the scale for now because you are going to weigh more because of the heavy lifting that you are doing and plus when you do legs it is even more. Ok i also saw the thing with scoreness and i do not feel score after the leg workout but hubby tells me that i have been jogging so long that my muscle in my legs are used to the pain. Today i did legs again and i really up the weights where i could not lift anymore and yet no pain is that normal? i did it in the same BFL reps but in high weights and i got my 10s ok why no pain is that ok. I think you need to chuck your scale with your trash this week. You're weighing yourself way too much! If you do need to weigh yourself.. try to only do it once a week the morning of your free day before you eat anything. Your weight is going to fluctuate too much on a day to day/hour to hour basis And, again, not all people feel pain from lifting. Are you working each muscle group to the point that, if you try to do one more rep, you'll drop the weight? If you're REALLY getting that ten, don't worry about not being in pain. Serenity!
