Like you, I eat more now than I did prior to instituting CRON, but I also get full very quickly. This means that I have to eat about every 1 1/2 hours to get in all of my calories and nutrients. I have found myself wondering if I should eat past that fullness and thusly stretch my stomach so that more food will fit in it at one time. If I could just eat three, or even four times a day, that would make my life so much easier and would, also, certainly free up a few hours of my day for activities other than eating. heather
Guest guest
Hi there, I eat on a scheudle to control Lupus, but I'm usually not hungry. But if I don't follow the scheudle, I could suddenly binge and eat all the wrong things. So the calories get measured and consumed, hunger or no hunger. It's like oliling a car for me. A.
